NeuroBloom
For providers

Run your own at-home tDCS program on NeuroBloom.

You are a licensed clinician who already does EEG, qEEG or tDCS. Your patients want to do sessions at home. NeuroBloom gives them a guided app, a companion that checks in, and billing that runs itself, while you keep the clinical decisions, the patient relationship and the price.

How it works for you

You decide. The app carries it out.

You record and read the EEG your own way and choose the placements, the starting Bloom and the session days. From there the app runs the program with your patient and brings anything that needs your eye back to you.

1

Enroll a patient in minutes

Pick the electrode placements from a drop-down (the app draws the head map for them), set the starting Bloom, the ceiling and the session days. Two placements can alternate. Your patient gets their program the same day.

2

The app guides every session

Big placement and settings on screen, a head map, a start button and a done button. The device keeps the time. Members can skip a day with a reason or add one on a rest day, within a three a week cap, and you see every choice.

3

Bloom, the companion

After each session Bloom asks how it went, one tap for good or bad. Burning, headaches, low mood and crisis language raise an alert to you the same day. Members can message you, and Bloom never changes a program on its own.

4

Dose ladder with guard rails

Six Blooms from 0.5 mA for 20 minutes to 2.0 mA for 30 minutes. Current only rises after comfortable sessions and only up to the ceiling you set. The first 10 sessions load at five a week, then three a week. The app tracks the prescribed protocol, one session a day on session days at the setting shown, for the named member only: a session outside it gets a notice, a second brings a warning and an alert to you, a third pauses the program. The device is on loan with a named user and a return date, so you are not left wondering whether it is being shared or overused.

5

Your billing, your price

Set your own monthly price. The patient's card is charged into your Stripe account each month, pauses and cancellations are handled in the app, and you never chase a payment.

6

Your records, in one place

Sessions, skipped days, check-ins, questionnaires (PHQ-9 and GAD-7 at baseline and over time), EEG files your patients upload, and the alerts you have seen and resolved, all on the patient's page.

Pricing

One fee per active patient. Everything else is yours.

You pay for patients who are on an active program this month. Paused patients cost nothing. There is no setup fee, no minimum and no contract; stop any time.

A practice charging its patients $399 a month keeps about $300 per patient after the platform fee, for a program that runs itself between visits.

Want us to process the EEG and produce the brain map as well? That is available as an add-on priced per map. Ask when you apply.

Who it is for

Licensed clinicians who can treat the conditions they are treating: psychologists, psychiatrists, physicians, nurse practitioners and licensed therapists with neurofeedback or tDCS training. You record and interpret the EEG, or use ours, and you remain the treating provider. NeuroBloom is a tool; the care is yours.

Provider access is opening to a small group first. If you would like to be in it, write to drdamian@mindbodytreatment.com with your license, your practice and roughly how many patients you would start with.

The tDCS device used in the program is not cleared or approved by the FDA for this use. Each provider is responsible for the clinical decisions, informed consent and off-label disclosure for their own patients.
